Direct Component Printing Module (DCP)

The Direct Component Printing Module (DCP Module) is an “All in One“ solution for reworking QFN, SON and MLF components. It is integrated into the FINEPLACER® rework station to support applying new solder directly onto the QFN components during the running rework cycle. 

A very effective, secure and time-saving method to improve QFN rework yield.
